🌿 Welcome to Crystal’s Nature School
This is Our Grand Opening Season!
🌿 Have you ever longed for a like-minded community—one that values slow, intentional living and connection to the land?
An alternative to the pressures of traditional education?
A break from the busy pace of modern life?
You’re not alone.
At Crystal’s Nature School, we offer immersive outdoor programs for all ages—including early childhood, homeschool enrichment, and adult nature education. Rooted in Central Wisconsin, our approach helps families grow through the rhythms of the seasons, creativity, and community.
We believe in balancing the need to be still in nature, to move and explore, to create and imagine, and to learn through hands-on, seasonal experiences.
🌱 Our Approach
We follow a handmade, emergent curriculum rooted in the real, present needs of our scholars, supporting their:
Social and emotional development
Cognitive growth
Physical exploration
Creative expression
Adults serve as guides, not directors. While our curriculum is child-led, it is gently structured to allow for authentic, play-based experiences alongside small group learning focused on nature-based topics.
Explore Our Philosophy
Our curriculum is grounded in:
Creativity
Community
Scientific Exploration
Through these pillars, children are invited to explore the world deeply and holistically through art, relationships, and hands-on scientific observation in natural spaces.
🗺️ Regional Groups & Weekly Meetups
We offer three community-based groups, each gathering weekly at different local parks and natural areas, including forests and savanna, ponds and wetland landscapes. Locations are selected based on accessibility and the week’s nature study focus.
